Welcome in to a time travel 120 years back in time.

You will experience a farm and a general store from the 1800.

The store was opened in 1897 and is full of historical treasures that show you the way of living in Norway in the late 1800.

Our guide will teach you about culture and the life in Malangen and Norway while you enjoy refreshment from our kitchen.

The shop at Mortenhals

Visit Mortenhal's farm and trading post where the Kristoffersen family has lived since 1825.
Here are older buildings and a good atmosphere. You get to visit a museum that shows how they ran a shop in the 20th century. Learn history and enjoy traditional Norwegian food and drink in the garden or inside the old shop.
